Confidentiality Statement/ Non-disclosure Agreement

The information posted on this website is confidential of nature and is intended solely to inform the children of the late Mr. Charles Thomas Vlaun and the children of Theodorine Dorothee Richardson-Vlaun.

The recipients of this information shall maintain in strict confidence and shall not disclose, without the prior written consent of the Chairman of the Board, any confidential or proprietary information to any other party who is not a recipient. The recipients shall not use this information for any purpose other than for internal information intended to keep them informed of the matters of the C.T. Vlaun Holding N.V and the C.T. Vlaun Administration Foundation and other estate and trust matters.

Confidential information means any data or information that is proprietary to the Foundation and not generally known to the public, whether in tangible or intangible form, whenever and however disclosed to the recipients, including but not limited to: any marketing strategies, plans, financial information, projections, operations, sales estimates, business plans and performance results relating to the activities of the affiliates, subsidiaries and affiliated companies, plans for products or services, customer and supplier lists, procedures and processes, computer software, databases, information related to the business and trade secrets, including any other information that should reasonably be recognized as confidential information.

Unauthorized use of and disclose of the information contained herein can result in potential detrimental risk for the Foundation, the estate and the respective corporate assets. By logging into this website and agreeing to become a recipient you agree to enter in to a non-disclosure agreement with the Board of the Foundation and to abide by the content of this confidentiality statement. This agreement is personal in nature and cannot be directly or indirectly assigned or transferred without the prior written consent of the Board.

All obligations under this agreement shall extend to and be binding upon parties and their respective successors.
